Counterintelligence cybersecurity deal reaches $87 million for Huntsville’s Agile Decision Sciences LLC

Agile Decision Sciences LLC, Huntsville, was awarded a contract modification that hikes to $87.2 million its deal to provide cybersecurity support to the military’s Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).

DCSA works to answer security challenges facing industry and the nation’s critical information, technologies and supply chain.

Its mission involves providing a secure workforce and facilities, including the vetting of personnel for government and military-related employment, at more than 100 federal agencies.

The $20 million modification was an exercised option in the original contract, with cybersecurity work being performed by Agile for the agency in Quantico, Virginia, and Hanover, Maryland, with an estimated completion of June 28, 2027.

DCSA’s Procurement Office in Quantico is the contracting agency.

Agile Decision Sciences is a Huntsville-based company under the umbrella of ASRC Federal.

Agile provides its clients a variety of digital, software, engineering, supply chain management and professional services.

ASRC Federal, meanwhile, is a defense industry mainstay involved in a wide variety of government and military contracts.

ASRC Federal is the government services subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation owned by nearly 14,000 Iñupiat shareholders.

Its family of companies provides a broad range of services and technical expertise to federal government agencies with operations spanning 44 states, districts and territories, involving more than 8,000 employees.
