Agile Decision Sciences, a Huntsville-based company under the umbrella of ASRC Federal, will continue to provide cybersecurity services to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency after winning two recent contract modifications totaling more than $50 million.
The work will be performed at Quantico, Virginia, where the DCSA headquarters is located, through June 2027.
The agency works to answer security challenges facing industry and the nation’s critical information, technologies and supply chain, including work with more than 100 federal agencies to provide a secure workforce and facilities, such as vetting personnel for government and military-related employment.
Agile provides its clients a variety of digital, software, engineering, supply chain management and professional services.
ASRC Federal, meanwhile, is a defense industry mainstay involved in a wide variety of government and military contracts.
ASRC Federal is the government services subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation owned by nearly 14,000 Iñupiat shareholders. Its family of companies provides a broad range of services and technical expertise to federal government agencies with operations spanning 44 states, districts and territories, involving more than 8,000 employees.
The Department of Defense announced the two recent cybersecurity contracts as modifications to previous contract announcements.
One award is more than $33 million, the other more than $18 million; with an estimated completion of June 28, 2027. The cumulative value of the contract the modifications go toward is more than $120 million.
