Ethic Tech, LLC, headquartered in Huntsville, was awarded a potential $47 million contract, with $9 million already approved, for a wide array of services in support of the military’s Washington Headquarters Services, including support of the Golden Dome mission.
The contract was awarded Nov. 10 and announced today (Nov. 13, 2025).
“The purpose of this contract is to provide a broad range of inter-related administrative, acquisition, financial management, professional, and program management support services in support of the Washington Headquarters Services, Facilities Services Directorate (FSD) mission and support elements as well as the mission of the Office of Golden Dome for America,” the announcement said.
“This contract will support all the FSD operations, streamlining the support service functions across the directorate.”
The Washington Headquarters Services is the designated support and service provider of human resources, facilities, resource management, contracting, personnel security, research, equal employment opportunity, transportation, and executive services for the Office of the Secretary of War, the Joint Staff, the Military Departments, other select military components in the National Capital Region and beyond, Congress, and the White House.
Ethic Tech is a defense and space manufacturing contractor that lists among its services: contracting services and support across engineering, base operations, professional services, IT and cyber support.
The work under its new contract will be performed at the Pentagon, the Mark Center; Fairfield, Pennsylvania; Frederick, Maryland; and Huntsville, Alabama.
The estimated contract completion date is Nov. 3, 2030.
“The contractor is expected to take an integrated, process-oriented approach that will result in standardized, repeatable process improvements that maximize the use of this contract to effectively utilize resources throughout the agency,” the Department of War stated in its announcement.
Washington Headquarters Services, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting agency.
