Huntsville company tapped for cybersecurity services to intelligence agency

The Department of Defense has announced an $86 million contract for a Huntsville-based company to provide cybersecurity support services to one of its intelligence agencies.

Agile Decision Sciences LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract to provide services for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The work will be performed at the agency’s headquarters on Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia.

The contract, with a total contract award of $86,254,637, was announced Sept. 26, 2023, by the DOD, with an estimated completion date of June 28, 2027.

“This award is the result of a sole-source direct 8(a) acquisition in which one offer was received,” the DOD reported. “The contract provides DCSA Program and Executive Office cybersecurity support services.”

ASRC Federal operates numerous companies and subsidiaries in service of the DOD and other federal agencies such as NASA.

Services include engineering, information technology, infrastructure support, professional and technical services; for clients including civil, defense and intelligence agencies.

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency is an agency of the Department of Defense.
